Jalandhar, April 6: A shocking bank robbery took place in Jalandhar during the broad daylight, creating panic in the area. Two robbers looted the cash from the cashier at gunpoint carried out the crime in a well-planned manner and managed to escape before police could reach the spot.

Robbers Arrive on Scooter, Threaten Cashier

According to the reports two men came to the bank on a scooter. They entered the premises and pointed a pistol at the cashier, threatening him to hand over the cash. The sudden attack left staff and customers frightened and in shock.

Cash Looted and Quick Escape

The robbers quickly collected money in their bag and fled from the scene on their scooter. The entire incident happened within minutes, giving little time for anyone to react or alert security.

Police Begin Investigation

Police reached the spot soon after the incident and started the investigation. CCTV footage from the bank and nearby areas is being checked to identify the accused (robbers). Efforts are on to trace the robbers and recover the stolen money as soon as possible.
