Jalandhar DC Issues Official Order for Half-Day Holiday on 22 November 2025

Jalandhar: On the 350th martyrdom anniversary of Shri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji, the district administration has issued an order to grant half-day holiday to schools and colleges till 12 noon on November 22, 2025. This order has been issued by the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Jalandhar.

As per the order, all government and private schools and colleges in Jalandhar city that fall within the limits of the Municipal Corporation will not conduct classes on November 22 after 12 noon.

This order has been issued by the District Administration, Deputy Commissioner’s Office, and all concerned officers and educational institutions have been informed.
