Jalandhar Passport Office Closed for Two Days: No Offline Services on Oct 21-22

The Jalandhar Regional Passport Office will be closed for two days, Tuesday and Wednesday. No inquiries will be accepted at the counter on both days. All offline services will be closed, but online services will continue.

The Regional Passport Office has issued a notice on X-ray informing about the holiday. It states that if you are planning to visit the Main Passport Office (RPO/PBO) for any passport-related work, do not come until Wednesday. According to the notice issued by the Regional Passport Officer, Jalandhar, there will be no offline public inquiries on October 21st and 22nd.

File status and general information will also not be available.

RPO said- To avoid inconvenience, people should not come for two days

The Regional Passport Officer (RPO) has requested the applicants coming to Jalandhar for getting their passports made, not to visit the office during these two days. He said that the applicants are advised to change their travel plans and visit the RPO/PBO only after these two days to save their time and avoid unnecessary hassle.
