Jalandhar: Power supply to be suspended in Nakodar, Check timing

Several areas of Nakodar city in Jalandhar will experience power outages today. ​​According to information received from the Nakodar sub-division, the power cut is being implemented due to essential maintenance and technical work.

The department has appealed to the public to cooperate. The power supply will be suspended from 10 AM to 4 PM. Residents are advised to complete their essential tasks before 10 AM or after 4 PM. The power outage is due to maintenance work.

According to the information, the power supply to the 11 KV South Gate City Feeder, 11 KV Khajur Bhandar City Feeder, and 11 KV Nai Abadi City Feeder, which operate from the 132 KV Sub-station Nakodar, will be shut off from 10 AM to 4 PM on December 27th. During this period, residents in the affected areas may face difficulties with electricity-related activities.

The electricity department has appealed to consumers to make necessary preparations in advance to avoid inconvenience. Department officials stated that the power supply will be restored as soon as the scheduled work is completed. In case of any emergency, consumers can contact the relevant office of the electricity department.
