Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan: Eight labourers were electrocuted while working at a road construction site in Rajasthan’s Jhunjhunu district on Monday, November 2. The incident took place in Chhapoli village, under the Udaipurwati police station area, police said.
According to police, the accident occurred when a gravel-mixing machine at the construction site came into contact with an overhead high-tension power line. The electric current passed through the machine, electrocuting the labourers working nearby.
