According to a health bulletin issued by KIMS Hospitals, Secunderabad, the actor underwent the procedure on Wednesday under the supervision of orthopaedic surgeons R. A. Purnachandra Tejswi and Nithin Bejjanki.

The hospital said Jr NTR is doing well and will now begin a structured rehabilitation programme under medical supervision. Doctors expect him to make a full recovery within two to three months.
