Kangana Ranaut Defamation Case: Bathinda Court postpones hearing for March 10

The hearing of BJP MP Kangana Ranaut in the defamation case filed by Mahinder Kaur was postponed in the Bathinda court today. In view of the lawyers’ strike, the court has now postponed the next hearing of the case to March 10.

Let us tell you that there is a lawyers’ strike going on in Bathinda, due to which the work of the courts is being disrupted. Due to this, the hearing in this case was also postponed.

Meanwhile, lawyer Raghbir Singh Bahniwal said that due to our ongoing strike, the next hearing in the Kangana Ranaut defamation case will be held on March 10. He said that we have filed an application in the honorable court to surrender Kangana Ranaut’s passport because Mahinder Kaur is old enough, due to which she finds it difficult to come to the court.

On the other hand, Mahinder Kaur’s husband Labh Singh, said that at such an age, it is very difficult for them to visit court. He is also getting phone calls from abroad many times for reconciliation, but if Kangana comes to his house, he will not forgive.

“Now we will only accept the decision of the honorable court or whatever is acceptable to God”, said Mahinder Kaur’s husband.
