Kurukshetra: Husband-Wife along with 3-year-old girl found hanging, Read to know the matter

In Kurukshetra district, an entire family committed suicide by hanging. The deceased included a husband, wife, and their 3-year-old daughter. According to the police, the family was very distressed over their daughter’s serious illness. Due to this stress, the parents hanged themselves along with the child.

According to the information received, at 6:30 am on Monday, the Subhash Mandi police station received information that three people had hanged themselves in a house in Prem Nagar Colony. Police immediately reached the spot and found the husband, wife and their 3-year-old daughter hanging from the ceiling. They were immediately brought down, but the doctors declared them dead. The deceased have been identified as Jatinder Kumar (30), his wife Manju (28), and their daughter Advika. Jatinder Kumar worked for the railway mail service.

Jatinder Kumar’s father, Mahinder Singh, had retired from the Punjab Police. Mahinder Singh died about six months ago. Her family consists only of her mother, Bimla Devi, and a brother, Prateek, who lives in Canada with his wife and children.

According to Krishna Gate Police Station SHO Baljit Singh, the police have taken the bodies into custody and sent them for postmortem. An investigation has been launched into the matter. The police have recovered a suicide note from the spot and are investigating it.
