Land for Job Scam: Rabri Devi along with 2 daughters get interim bail by Delhi Court

New Delhi: Delhi’s Rouse Avenue has granted bail to Former Bihar Chief Minister Rabri Devi along with her two daughters, Misa Bharti and Hema Yadav. They have been granted interim bail in Land for Job Scam till next hearing of the case. The next hearing will be on February 28.

Special Judge Vishal Gogne granted relief to the three after the ED claimed that it needed time to file arguments on their regular bail application.

The accused appeared before the court in pursuance to the summons issued by the court in the case after taking cognisance of the charge sheet filed by the ED.

What is Land-for-Job Scam Case?

As per sheet filed by ED, Rabri Devi, Misa Bharti and Hema Yadav got plots of Lands from the candidates in return of Job in Railways. The candidates transferred plots in very nominal rates as a bribe for job in Indian Railways.
