126 centers set up for checking of classes 10th and 12th papers in Haryana

More than 5 lakh 22 thousand students of both the classes had given the exam

126 centers have been set up for marking the board exams conducted by Haryana Board of School Education. Marking of 10th and 12th papers will be done in these centers. More than 5 lakh 22 thousand students of both the classes had given the exam. Staff has been put on duty for paper marking.

Out of the total 126 centers of Bhiwani Education Board, 78 centers have been set up for checking the answer sheets of 10th class and 48 for 12th class. Board Chairman Dr. Pawan Kumar said that the board has formed a committee for the evaluation of answer sheets.

He said that the marking duty will be done in the marking district of the employee. If teachers have to be put on duty from any other district, then the opinion of the committee will be taken first as per the rules. A decision will be taken on this only after the committee’s proposal.

A total of 1434 examination centers were set up by Haryana Board of School Education to conduct 10th and 12th examinations across the state. About 5 lakh 22 thousand 529 candidates appeared in these examination centres. Which included 293746 candidates of secondary (10th), 223713 of senior secondary (12th) and 5070 of D.El.Ed. 226 flying squads were formed, 588 observers were appointed at sensitive examination centres and 1 nodal officer was also appointed in each district.

Action taken against 135 for negligence in duty

6 main centre superintendents, 20 centre superintendents and 109 supervisors who were negligent in examination duty were relieved. A letter has been written to the education department for disciplinary action against them. At the same time, the examination of 6 examination centres of 10th and 4 examination centres of 12th was cancelled. Apart from this, 2 examination centres were shifted. 16 FIRs have been registered in various police stations against 74 persons found involved in cheating during the examinations.
