Mumbai: During his concert in Mumbai on Thursday night as part of his Dil-Luminati tour, Punjabi sensation Diljit Dosanjh addressed an advisory issued by the Maharashtra Government. This advisory restricts him from performing songs that promote drugs, violence, and alcohol, and also prohibits the involvement of children on stage.

In his remarks to the audience, Diljit said, “I asked my team last night if there were any advisories against me and they assured me there were none. But this morning, I learned that an advisory was indeed issued. Don’t worry, all the advisories are for me, and I’ll make sure you have twice the fun you expected tonight.”

Before discussing the advisory, he shared his experience visiting Kashmir, describing it as a must-see destination and calling it “swarg” (heaven).

Throughout his tour in India, the “Lover” hitmaker has performed in several cities, including Chandigarh, Pune, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Lucknow, Ahmedabad, Delhi, Indore, and Jaipur, with his tour set to conclude after a performance in Guwahati.

On December 19, Diljit bid an emotional farewell to Kashmir, sharing a collection of photos on Instagram with the caption, “Alvida Kashmir, tonight Mumbai Dil-Luminati Tour Year 24.” He also posted a touching video of a peaceful shikara ride on Dal Lake, where he was offered the traditional Kashmiri tea, kahwa, by a vendor.
