Fire in handloom showroom in Rohtak; accident caused by short circuit

The goods kept in the showroom were burnt due to the fire. 

Rohtak: A fire broke out in a Handloom Home Decoration showroom located at Sheela Bypass in Rohtak city of Haryana. Due to this goods worth lakhs of rupees were destroyed. As soon as the information was received, fire brigade vehicles reached the spot. They controlled the fire in some time. The cause of the fire is being told to be a short circuit. The goods kept in the showroom were burnt due to the fire.

A fire broke out in the showroom due to a short circuit at around 3 am on Monday morning. Due to this, the cloth kept in the showroom was completely burnt. At the same time, there is also a hotel on the upper floor of the showroom. As soon as the fire was detected, the people staying in the hotel came out. Due to timely evacuation, all the people were saved safely. There was no loss of life due to this. The fire department team, which reached on the information, somehow controlled the fire.

On receiving the information of the fire, fire brigade vehicles reached the spot. The fire department team controlled the fire after a lot of hard work. But by then the clothes showroom and the hotel had suffered a lot of damage. There has been no loss of life in this accident. There is no information about the extent of the loss. The loss will be assessed only after investigation.
