Attacked brother-in-law with bricks, victim accused of getting divorce.

Haryana: In Hajampur village of Hisar district, a youth was injured by two of his brothers and another when they entered his house and attacked him with bricks. The accused also threatened to kill the victim’s brother-in-law.

On the complaint of the victim, Hansi Sadar police station has registered a case against two named persons and one other under various sections including assault by entering the house and threatening to kill.

In the complaint given to the police, the victim Krishna, a resident of Hajampur village, told that he studies at home and is married. I have a girl. I have not been able to visit my in-laws’ house for the last two years. On May 25, I called my brother-in-law Sumit, a resident of Sikandarpur, and asked whether my wife Nisha had come to your Hansi shop? He said what does it matter to you and don’t call me. Regarding this matter, on the same day at around 8 pm, my brother-in-law Amit, resident of Sikandarpur, Sumit and a boy were with them.

Whose name he did not know, they came to my house in a car and as soon as they arrived, all three of them attacked me with bricks. My mother and my daughter Yashvi, who came to my rescue, were also hurt. Even before this, on March 27, these people had entered my house and made a deadly attack on me and forcefully took away my wife Nisha with them.

The victim says that even now my brother-in-law wants to divorce my wife Nisha to extort money from me. Due to this issue, on May 25, these people attacked and injured me and even threatened to kill me while leaving. After that my family took me to Hansi Civil Hospital for treatment. Where I am undergoing treatment. In this case, Hansi Sadar police station has registered a case against two named and one other accused.
