Dubai: The Indian Minorities Federation (IMF) hosted an event at the Guru Nanak Darbar Sikh Temple in Dubai on December 26 to honor Veer Bal Diwas. This day commemorates the bravery of Zorawar Singh and Fateh Singh, the younger sons of Guru Gobind Singh, who demonstrated remarkable courage and steadfastness in their faith against oppression, leaving a lasting legacy for future generations.

They expressed that PM Modi’s vision for a “Viksit Bharat” (Developed India) by 2047 provides vast opportunities for young people, regardless of their religion or caste, and encourages them to develop new skills for the 21st century.
The diaspora members commended PM Modi’s focus on youth-centric policies and his initiatives like Start-up India, internships, and skill development, which aim to fulfill the aspirations of today’s youth. They also expressed gratitude for the global recognition of Veer Bal Diwas, viewing it as a celebration of Sikh heritage and a testament to the resilience of Indian identity.
