At the recent Baramati Power Marathon, he shared valuable insights on maintaining a healthy lifestyle with participants, urging them to stick to a consistent exercise routine and remain focused on their wellness objectives.
The actor known for his role in “Kal Kissne Dekha” emphasized that achieving fitness is a journey that requires persistence and discipline, rather than relying on quick fixes like crash diets. He remarked, “In today’s world, where a sedentary lifestyle is common, many people spend long hours at their desks, which can lead to mental health issues. It’s crucial to commit to your health. You might not be able to run a marathon right away, but you can dedicate some time each day to exercise or take a walk to counteract an inactive lifestyle.”
