Mumbai: Mouni Roy’s New Year began on an unfortunate note after she tripped and fell outside Aryan Khan’s extravagant New Year party in Mumbai. The event, hosted by Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan, saw a host of celebrities, including Mouni, her husband Suraj Nambiar, Disha Patani, and MC Stan, among others.
Clad in a stunning black halter neck mini dress, Mouni looked radiant as she arrived at the venue. However, her exit took a dramatic turn when she accidentally fell on the pavement. Thankfully, her husband Suraj and friend Disha quickly helped her up and escorted her safely to her car. Despite the embarrassing incident, Mouni maintained her composure.
Mouni Roy, who married Dubai-based businessman Suraj Nambiar in January 2022, is best known for her role in the supernatural series Naagin. She has also appeared in shows like Devon Ke Dev…Mahadev and Junoon – Aisi Nafrat Toh Kaisa Ishq. Mouni made her film debut with Hero Hitler in Love (2011) and went on to appear in Bollywood films like Gold (2018), London Confidential, Made in China, and Brahmāstra: Part One – Shiva. Her latest project is the web series Showtime, and she is also set to star in The Virgin Tree.
