Himachal Pradesh : After the three days of Multhan Bazaar tragedy, on Sunday Sonal, Deputy Manager of K.U Hydro Hyderabad Company, GM of Multhan Company Devi Singh Chauhan, Tehsildar Multhan Dr. Varun Ghulati, employees inspected each house and shop of Multhan Bazaar were damaged from inside.
The Deputy Manager said that the company will compensate whatever loss these people they have suffered. Multhan market shopkeepers and house owners Manoj, Rumal, Sanjay etc. said that their houses and shops were filled with five-six feet of water and silt.
Now people are afraid to stay at home. The walls of houses and shops have been broken due to the tragedy.
On Sunday, JE Vijay Verma of Baijnath IPH along with the employees installed 10 new temporary taps. Water has been provided to the people in Multhan.
JE said that one thousand meter water pipe is buried in silt. Former Baijnath MLA and BJP leader Mulakh Raj Premi met the victims’ families in Multhan and shared their grief.
