Mumbai: Veteran actress Neena Gupta recently offered a glimpse of a stunning wedding celebration she attended in Udaipur.
On Friday, the star of The Last Color shared a photo on her Instagram story, capturing a moment with friends as they posed for the cameras. Dressed in a vibrant yellow outfit, Neena completed her look with eye-catching earrings and chic sunglasses.
In her post, she simply captioned, “At a beautiful wedding in Udaipur.”
Last month, Neena made headlines for her witty comeback to critics who questioned her choice of wearing shorts. During an appearance on Kareena Kapoor Khan’s chat show, she spoke about the culture of entourages, her experiences with auditions gone wrong, and the evolution of content in the industry. When Kareena mentioned that many people wondered why she wore shorts at her age, Neena cleverly replied, “I’m not wearing them with your father’s money, am I?”
On the work front, the 65-year-old actress is preparing for her upcoming project, Hindi Vindi. Recently, she shared a teaser for the film on social media, stating, “Get ready for the musical saga of the year! Hindi-Vindi hits Australian cinemas on Feb 27.” The film, directed by Ali Sayed and featuring Mihir Ahuja, Guy Sebastian, and Neena herself, delves into the challenges that migrants face due to language barriers in a foreign country. This project marks Guy Sebastian’s Bollywood debut. It is set to premiere in theaters on February 27, 2025, through The Backlot Films.
Neena was last seen in the Disney+ Hotstar Malayalam series 1000 Babies.
