Mumbai: Neil Nitin Mukesh recently shared a heartfelt birthday tribute to his mother, Nishi Mukesh, on Instagram. The actor posted a series of endearing photos featuring the two of them. In one, he can be seen hugging his mother, and in another, he lovingly kisses her on the cheek. He also included a solo shot of his mother standing beside a flower vase and cake.
In his caption, Neil expressed his admiration, writing, “Happy birthday to the strongest, most selfless woman I know – my amazing Maa! You’re the reason for my happiness, my guiding light, and my forever inspiration. I’m grateful for the sacrifices you’ve made for me and the unconditional love you’ve always shown. On the professional front, Neil is set to appear in the upcoming drama Hisaab Barabar, directed by Ashwni Dhir. The film, which stars R. Madhavan in the lead role, premiered at the 55th International Film Festival of India (IFFI) in November 2024 and will be released on ZEE5 on January 24, 2025. Neil plays Micky Mehta, a powerful banker, while Madhavan portrays Radhe Mohan Sharma, a railway ticket checker. The cast also includes Kriti Kulhari, Faisal Rashid, Rashami Desai, and others. The story follows a man determined to expose a billion-dollar scam at a corporate bank.
