Punjab Govt intensifies crackdown on drugs, Anti-Narcotics Task Force to come into action

The aim of this force will be to eliminate the drugs from Punjb.

Chandigarh: In a bid to eliminate drugs from Punjab, Punjab Government has been taking stringent action from time to time. Now in a series of it, the Punjab government has formed a new Anti-Narcotics Task Force. The formation of the Anti-Narcotics Task Force is the Mann government’s action for complete crackdown of drugs. It is seen as another important step towards making Punjab drug-free.

The newly formed Anti-Narcotics Task Force will intensify the campaign against drugs in Punjab. The aim of this force will be to eliminate the drugs from Punjb.

Tomorrow, i.e. on August 28, 2024, CM Bhagwant Mann himself will inaugurate the new building of the Anti-Narcotics Force in Mohali. CM will reach and inaugurate the building tomorrow at 11 am, as per the information available.

Also it is being said that CM Bhagwant Mann will also be releasing a WhatsApp number of the Anti-Narcotics Task Force. Through number people of the state can give information about drugs or any narcotics in their surroundings directly to the ANTF.

Through the WhatsApp number, people of Punjab will be able to give information about drug smuggling on WhatsApp directly to the officials of the task force.

It is also being said that Drug smugglers in Punjab will be under close watch as the new building of ANTF will be equipped with all the new technology which will help officials in tracking down the drug smugglers.
