Mumbai: Reports suggest that actress Rashmika Mandanna recently sustained a gym injury, causing a temporary halt to the shooting schedules of her upcoming films, including Sikandar alongside Salman Khan. The injury reportedly occurred just before the final phase of filming for Sikandar, which is directed by AR Murugadoss and slated for an Eid 2025 release. Sources close to the actress have confirmed that she is recovering well and has been advised to take a brief rest before resuming her work commitments.

Despite this setback, the Sikandar team remains confident about meeting its schedule. Salman Khan and Rashmika are expected to wrap up filming soon, while the director continues balancing new scenes with post-production. Sikandar also features Sathyaraj, Kajal Aggarwal, and Prateik Babbar in pivotal roles, marking a much-anticipated reunion between Salman Khan and producer Sajid Nadiadwala after nearly a decade.
