Rashmika’s performance in ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule,’ released on December 5, has garnered significant acclaim, especially as she reprises her role as Srivalli, a crucial character in the film’s storyline. The sequel, which continues from the first film ‘Pushpa: The Rise,’ released in December 2021, has been performing well at the box office, buoyed by fan enthusiasm and the film’s established legacy. Telugu superstar Allu Arjun returns to his lead role in this installment.

Additionally, Rashmika recently expressed her support for her co-star Allu Arjun following his involvement in the aftermath of a fan’s tragic death during a stampede at Sandhya Theatre in Hyderabad. She took to X (formerly Twitter) to share, “I can’t believe what I am seeing right now.. The incident that happened was an unfortunate and deeply saddening incident. However, it is disheartening to see everything being blamed on a single individual. This situation is both unbelievable and heartbreaking.”

Allu Arjun has since returned home to Hyderabad after being granted bail in connection with the incident.
