Ludhiana: Ravneet Singh Bittu, the BJP candidate from Ludhiana, filed his nomination form from Ludhiana Lok Sabha seat today. They filed nomination papers at District Election Officer Sakshi Sahni’s office at District Administrative Complex, Ludhiana.
Before filing the nomination, Ravneet Bittu paid obeisance at Gurdwara Dukh Niwaran Sahib and Durga Mata temple and took out a road show after filling the nomination paper.
He said in a message to the voters that he will make Ludhiana the best city in the country, if the BJP government is formed. He said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has made the country proud and now world powers recognize the importance of India.
On depositing 1.83 crores, Ravneet Bittu got NOC
Ravneet Bittu deposits 1.83 crore rupees for NOC. In fact, this action is due to the condition of filing nomination imposed by the Election Commission.
According to which any candidate has to give an affidavit before filing nomination for contesting Lok Sabha elections that he has held any post during the last 10 years. His or her government residence, rent, electricity, water bills would have been cleared.
