Mumbai: Rupali Ganguly has revealed her New Year’s resolution for 2025: she plans to learn table tennis so she can play with her son. The popular TV actress shared her goal on Instagram Stories, posting a video of her son practicing the sport during their family holiday in Goa. In her post, she wrote, “My New Year resolution is to learn table tennis. I’ve never been a sports person or participated in school sports, but this is something I want to learn and play with my son one day… It’s his second day too at this. #proudmom.”
Rupali, along with her husband Ashwin and son, traveled to Goa for the holiday on November 30, amid some drama involving her stepdaughter, Esha Verma. Ashwin posted a series of pictures from their flight, captioning them with “Family time #familia #rupaliganguly #rudranshverma #ashwinverma #goa #vacation.” Rupali re-shared the photos on her own Stories. One image shows her with her husband and son, tagged #familia, while another humorously refers to her son not being allowed to sit in the emergency row. The final picture shows Rupali wearing two pairs of glasses, which she captioned, “mere do do chashme” (my two pairs of glasses).
Amidst her ongoing legal issues with Esha Verma, Rupali also shared a message on Instagram that read, “You have to prove nothing to anyone.” The post, which she reshared from the account @the.girly_thoughts, emphasized being at peace with those who don’t know your side of the story. The actress accompanied the post with Blackpink’s Lisa’s popular track “Money.”
