Mumbai: Actress Saiyami Kher recently expressed her joy about her trip to Australia, where she fulfilled many childhood dreams. From attending the electrifying India vs. Australia Test match at The Gabba to exploring the stunning wildlife, surfing, and diving, the journey was a memorable experience for her.
Kher shared, “I love coming to Australia. It’s always very special. ‘Ghoomer’ had its international premiere here, and I’ve returned three times since. This trip allowed me to do everything I dreamed of as a kid, like watching the Test match, which was such a high-energy experience, and interacting with the beautiful wildlife—holding a koala and feeding kangaroos was truly lovely. I’m taking back so many happy memories!”
During her trip, she attended the thrilling Test match with friends, including Sara Tendulkar, Ishaan Khattar, Kabir Khan, Mini Mathur, Prachi Desai, Zaheer Khan, and Sagarika Ghatge. Outside of cricket, she enjoyed quality time with friends, capturing candid moments, and appreciating Australia’s unique wildlife.
On the professional front, Saiyami was last seen in the film “Agni,” where she portrayed a firefighter. She expressed her honor in playing such a significant role, emphasizing the respect and responsibility that comes with portraying someone in uniform. Directed by Rahul Dholakia, “Agni” also features Pratik Gandhi, Divyendu Sharma, Sai Tamhankar, Jitendra Joshi, Udit Arora, and Kabir Shah, and premiered on Prime Video on December 6.
