Mumbai: Salman Khan has officially announced the re-release of his iconic 1994 comedy Andaz Apna Apna, co-starring Aamir Khan, scheduled to hit cinemas again on 25 April 2025. The actor shared a fresh trailer featuring the film’s most beloved scenes and quirky moments, writing, “Amar Prem Ka Andaaz is back.” The re-release comes just a week after his latest film Sikandar hit theatres. The digitally restored version of Andaz Apna Apna will be presented in 4K resolution with Dolby 5.1 sound, promising fans a nostalgic experience on the big screen.
Fans have been buzzing with excitement ever since the announcement, with many quoting their favourite dialogues and celebrating the return of this cult classic. The film’s producers, children of the late Vinay Sinha, have also revealed that discussions are underway for a potential sequel featuring both Salman and Aamir. Talks with original director Rajkumar Santoshi are ongoing, though no official confirmation has been made yet.
