New Delhi: In a shocking incident, three members of a family were discovered murdered in their home in the Neb Sarai area of South Delhi on Wednesday. The victims, identified as Rajesh (55), his wife Komal (47), and their 23-year-old daughter, were all found stabbed to death. The tragedy unfolded in the early morning hours while Rajesh’s son was out for his usual morning walk.

According to initial reports, the son left home around 5:00 a.m. and returned to find his parents and sister lifeless. A neighbor recounted to IANS that the mother was awake when the son left, and upon his return, he alerted the police after discovering the gruesome scene.

Law enforcement quickly arrived at the location, cordoning off the area for investigation. It appears the victims were attacked with a knife, and forensic teams are currently gathering evidence as the investigation unfolds. More information is expected as the inquiry continues.

This incident has heightened tension and fear in the neighborhood, with many residents rushing to the victims’ home. The murder comes amid a troubling rise in violent crimes in Delhi, with three separate stabbing incidents reported just two days prior, resulting in fatalities.

In one case, a man was found dead with stab wounds on the Geeta Colony flyover in north Delhi, while another man, 38, was discovered with stab injuries in a park in Rohini’s Prashant Vihar.

These events have raised serious concerns about safety and law enforcement in the capital, where reports of extortion, robbery, murder, and shootings have become alarmingly common. As the investigation into this triple murder progresses, the local community remains in shock.
