Virudhunagar: Three vehicles parked in the firecracker manufacturing unit in Virudhunagar district of Tamil Nadu have been damaged after an explosion occurred on Tuesday at a unit.
A senior police official confirmed this incident to the media and said that an explosion occurred at the firecracker manufacturing unit in Virudhunagar, resulting in damage to three vehicles parked outside the unit.
Soon after the incident the fire department deployed three fire engines to control and extinguish the fire.
The Vembakottai police are investigating the incident.
