Ludhiana: Several schools in Ludhiana received bomb threats early this morning, creating panic among school administrations and staff. School management received the threats via email this morning

A bomb threat was received against schools and trains. An email sent to the schools stated that the blasts would occur at 1:11 PM and at 3:11 PM in the trains. However, no such incident occurred at the time stated in the emails, and the police did not find anything suspicious.

The email also mentions Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and states that a response to the fake police encounters will be given soon. The threat has spread panic among the school administration and staff.

Upon receiving the information, the Ludhiana Police Bomb Disposal Squad and Dog Squad team immediately reached the spot and as a precautionary measure, the school premises are being evacuated and the police are searching every inch of the premises.
