Ludhiana: Two associates of Gangster Goldy Brar arrested; illegal weapons recovered

Police in Ludhiana, Punjab, have arrested two associates of gangster Goldy. The police may hold a press conference regarding the matter soon. The accused have been identified as Jatin alias Sam and Jaspreet Singh. According to sources, the police recovered illegal weapons from the suspects.

The police are also examining the suspects’ mobile phone records to determine how long they have been in contact with Goldy Brar. A case has been registered against the accused under sections 111(1,2) BNS and 25/54/59 of the Arms Act. The police have also registered an FIR against 15 other criminals.

Arrests made on December 12

The police arrested the accused on December 12 based on a tip-off near Vaidya Mandir Chowk at Daressi Ground. According to the police, Goldy Brar has formed an organized crime group to extort money. The police are investigating how many people these individuals have extorted so far.

The group includes Shubham Grover, Varinder Charan, Manav, Vikas, Rajesh alias Kannu, Sandeep, Naresh Soni, Vikram Sandeep, Rajan Sidhu alias Nanni, Jaspreet Singh alias Jas, Jatin alias Sam, and Jatin Kataria. Several cases have already been registered against these accused. The police are searching for the remaining suspects.
