Young man crushed to death by trolley in Ludhiana

Last night at around 11:30 pm in Ludhiana, Punjab, a young man was hit by a trolley on Shingar Road. The trolley driver ran away first, but the police caught him. This accident happened outside a local shop, Ashok Kirana Store.

The young man who works in marketing was returning home on his bike. Then suddenly on the way, a trolley driver was standing outside a shop with the bike started. Then the bike rider tried to overtake a Swift car and move ahead, then his bike slipped and he collided with the car. After colliding with the car, he came under the rear wheel of the started trolley. Without looking, the trolley driver started the trolley. The young man came under the rear wheel of the trolley.

The accident was so horrific that the young man died on the spot. Passersby immediately informed the police. Police from Shingar Police Station and Thana Division Number 3 came to the spot. The police took the body into their possession and kept it in the Civil Hospital for a postmortem. The name of the deceased is Sahil Sharma. It has been found out that Sahil celebrated his birthday two days ago.

He used to work in marketing at a factory

Giving information, passerby Kamal Sharma said that the deceased Sahib used to work in marketing in a factory. He was returning from the factory. Sahil is a resident of Benjamin Road near CMC Hospital. Sahil’s family consists of his brother and parents. People called the family and informed them about the incident. The family is in a bad state due to crying.

Passerby Davinder Singh said that the trolley was standing outside a shop. As soon as the bike rider overtook the car and started going ahead, his bike slipped due to which he collided with the car and came under the rear wheel of the trolley.
