Magan suicide case: Charge sheet filed against accused Divya, sensational facts revealed

In the much-talked Magan suicide case of Dobh village, the police have filed a 164-page charge sheet against the main accused and the deceased’s wife Divya. In this, the bank statement of Divya and Constable Deepak has been presented as important evidence. It is said that Divya took Rs 1.96 lakh by pressurizing her husband, Magan and transferred Rs 1.96 lakh in four installments to the account of the accused Maharashtra Police constable Deepak. Now the police will file a co-charge sheet after completing the investigation against the accused Deepak.

According to police records, in the confession, Divya said that she had become friends with Deepak of Ghatambari village of Sambhajinagar district of Maharashtra on Instagram, who was a constable in Maharashtra Police. In 2019, she had a love marriage with Magan. She had worked in hotels in Gujarat earlier as well. Now she started working there too. Magan’s family used to stop her from working in hotels. Troubled by this, she left Magan and son in Dobh village of Rohtak and went to Mumbai.

To earn money, she started working in dance bars in hotels. Her husband Magan, came to know about this. She used to harass him by taking Deepak’s name. Divya told in her confession that Deepak said that Magan has money, which he needs for promotion. After this, she started asking for money from Magan for Deepak.
