Mallika Sherawat calls her White House Christmas dinner invitation “completely surreal – Grateful”

Mumbai: Actress Mallika Sherawat expressed her delight at receiving an invitation to the White House Christmas dinner, calling it a memorable moment in her career. She described the experience as “absolutely incredible.”

The Murder actress shared several photos from the White House Christmas reception on Instagram. In the photos, she posed amidst colorful lights and a decorated Christmas tree.
Mallika also shared a video of US President Donald Trump wishing him a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. She also shared a glimpse of the lavish Christmas dinner served at the White House.
Along with the photos, she wrote, “It feels absolutely incredible to be invited to the White House Christmas dinner – grateful.” The event was held on December 18th.

Previously she already went to white house

This wasn’t Mallika Sherawat’s first visit to the White House. Previously, in April 2011, she attended the White House Correspondents’ Dinner during the Obama administration. She received this invitation due to her role in the film Politics of Love, based on the 2008 US elections, in which she played an Obama volunteer.

Her Growth in Acting Career 

On the work front, Mallika Sherawat recently appeared in Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video alongside Rajkummar Rao and Tripti Dimri. She made her acting debut in 2002 with Jeena Sirf Merre Liye and gained recognition with Murder in 2004. She has since appeared in international films like Hiss and Politics of Love.
