Hisar, Haryana: A man died after falling from the eighth floor of Paras Square building in Sector 63, Gurugram. Police from Sector 65 police station reached the spot, took custody of the body, and launched an investigation into the incident.

Identity Yet to Be Established

Authorities said the identity of the deceased has not been confirmed so far. The building houses a five-star hotel as well as multiple Airbnb apartments, and the man is suspected to have been staying in one of the Airbnb units on the eighth floor.

Police are examining the victim’s belongings, including his mobile phone, in an effort to establish his identity and contact his family.

CCTV Footage Under Scanner

Investigating officer Gaurav stated that CCTV footage from the building and surrounding areas is being closely reviewed. Officials are also checking guest records to determine whether the deceased was a tourist or a business visitor.

Suicide or Accident: Probe Underway

Police have not yet determined whether the fall was accidental or a case of suicide. Both angles are being investigated. Authorities are questioning residents of Paras Square and individuals staying in the Airbnb apartments to piece together the sequence of events.

The investigation is ongoing as police work to uncover the circumstances leading to the man’s death.
