Noida: Panic spread across the area after a massive fire erupted at a garment factory in Noida’s Sector 63 on Friday. Several fire tenders were rushed to the spot, and firefighting operations began immediately to contain the blaze.

According to officials, the fire initially broke out inside a clothing manufacturing unit before rapidly spreading to two adjoining factories, escalating the situation and triggering panic among workers and local residents.

Thick clouds of smoke were seen billowing from the factory complex located in a narrow lane, making rescue and firefighting efforts more challenging.

16 Fire Engines Deployed to Control Blaze

As the intensity of the fire increased, additional fire tenders from Ghaziabad were called in to support the operation. In total, 16 fire engines were deployed at the site.

After several hours of continuous effort, firefighters managed to bring the blaze under control.

No Casualties Reported, Probe Underway

Officials confirmed that no injuries or casualties have been reported so far.

The incident occurred under the jurisdiction of the Sector 63 police station in Noida.

Authorities have launched an investigation to determine the exact cause of the fire.
