Mathura: At least four people were killed and more than 20 others injured after a Volvo bus travelling from Lucknow to Delhi rammed into a trailer on the Yamuna Expressway in Uttar Pradesh’s Mathura district on Tuesday, officials said.
The impact of the collision was severe, leaving the front portion of the bus badly damaged. Police, emergency responders and local authorities rushed to the spot and launched rescue operations to evacuate passengers trapped inside the vehicle.
