Minister Rajeev Chandrasekhar gifts laptop to 9-Year-Old Tech Enthusiast Shriram from Kerala

Kochi: When 9-year-old Shriram embarked on a journey aboard the Vande Bharat Express from Thrissur to Kozhikode in early December with his parents, little did he anticipate a life-changing encounter. Unaware of the next few moments, he would soon find himself engaged in a conversation with none other than India’s distinguished Techie Politician, Shri Rajeev Chandrasekhar, Union Minister of State for Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Electronics & IT and Jal Shakti.

During the Minister’s journey to Ernakulam, an interaction unfolded with the young computer genius, Shriram, who spoke candidly about his passion for computers and video editing at his tender age. Minister Rajeev Chandrasekhar, impressed by Shriram’s passion for technology and his abilities, made a heartening promise to gift the aspiring tech enthusiast a laptop to further nurture his skills.

Yesterday, in a heartwarming turn of events, Shriram and his parents gratefully received the promised laptop from the esteemed Centre for Development of Advanced Computing — Software Training and Development Centre in Kochi. Expressing his gratitude, Shriram remarked, “I am thankful to Minister Chandrasekhar for keeping his promise. This laptop means a lot to me, and I am excited to continue honing my skills in the world of technology.”
