    Civil Aviation Ministry Activates Passenger Support Mechanism

    The Ministry of Civil Aviation has said that its Passenger Assistance Control Room (PACR) is actively addressing grievances and queries from air travellers in view of the ongoing developments in West Asia.

    411 Grievances Resolved in Coordination with Airlines

    According to the Ministry, the Control Room has resolved 411 passenger grievances during the ongoing situation. This has been achieved through close coordination with airlines and airport operators to ensure minimal disruption and timely assistance.

    Passenger concerns received through social media platforms, the AirSewa portal, and dedicated helplines are being closely monitored and prioritised for swift redressal.

    Embassy Helplines Shared for Better Coordination

    The Ministry further informed that helpline numbers issued by Indian Embassies in affected regions are being actively shared with passengers through the PACR to facilitate necessary coordination and support.
