Gurugram : 13-year-old girl raped in hotel: 2 Youths arrested

Gurugram Police have arrested a man who allegedly raped a 13-year-old girl after luring her to a hotel. As per the reports, the accused had booked a room with the 13-year-old girl using a fake Aadhaar card. Police have also arrested the hotel operator for providing the room without cross-checking the girl’s documents.

Notably, on October 28, 2025, a woman filed a complaint at Sadar police station alleging that her 13-year-old daughter had been kidnapped on October 26. Police registered a case on October 29. During the investigation, the girl was recovered.  The Accused and hotel operator arrested for raping a 13-year-old girl in Gurugram.

The hotel operator was also arrested.

During interrogation, it was revealed that a young man named Aryan (18 years old, 12th grade education), a resident of Sector 67, village Chhapra, district Nuh (Haryana), had lured her away. He took her to a hotel and raped her. Police have also arrested the hotel owner, Ram Phool alias Ram (35 years old), a resident of village Butana, district Sonipat.

Friendship happened 15 days ago

During police interrogation, it was revealed that the accused, Ayan, and the girl had met approximately 15 days ago at Area Mall, Sector 67. Upon meeting, they shared their Instagram IDs and began chatting. On October 26th, the accused, Aryan, lured the minor victim to a hotel and committed the crime by renting a room using her fake Aadhaar card. The accused hotel owner rented the room to the minor girl without checking her Aadhaar card on the M-Aadhaar app or obtaining her signature on a copy of the Aadhaar card.
