Modi Launching ED Raids Like Aurangzeb: Arvind Kejriwal’s strong reaction as ED raids Sanjeev Arora

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) conducted a raid on the Chandigarh residence of Punjab Minister Sanjeev Arora on Saturday morning. A team comprising approximately 20 vehicles arrived at Arora’s residence in Sector 2 early in the morning. This marks the second action taken by the ED against Minister Sanjeev Arora within the span of a single month; previously, raids were conducted at his premises in Ludhiana.

AAP National Convener Arvind Kejriwal stated that as soon as the elections in Bengal concluded, Modi began conducting daily ED raids in Punjab. “Over the past few years, Modi Ji has treated Punjab very unfairly. He has harassed Punjabis in various ways.

He attacked Punjab’s water resources, attempted to take over Punjab University, withheld funds meant for rural development, and has now unleashed a barrage of relentless ED raids. A raid was conducted at Ashok Mittal’s premises, and the very next day, he was inducted into the BJP. This implies that the objective of the ED raid was not to unearth stolen money, but merely to break Ashok Mittal’s resolve and force him to join the BJP. A few days ago, a raid was conducted at Sanjeev Arora’s residence as well. Since he refused to join the BJP, another raid was orchestrated at his home.”

“Punjab is the land of the Gurus. Several centuries ago, Aurangzeb seized control of various parts of the country through acts of crime and oppression. Modi Ji, too, has deceitfully seized control of several parts of the country. Subsequently, Aurangzeb arrived in Punjab. Now, Modi Ji has also arrived in Punjab.”

Aurangzeb inflicted immense atrocities upon the Gurus. Modi Ji, too, is perpetrating atrocities against the people of Punjab. However, the Gurus confronted Aurangzeb through the ultimate sacrifice and saved the people. Today, drawing inspiration from the sacrifices of the Gurus, Punjab will stand up against Modi Ji’s tyranny and save the entire nation from his oppression.

A few years ago, Modi Ji challenged the farmers of Punjab, and he was forced to bow down before them. Today, Modi Ji has challenged the entirety of Punjab.

Punjab Will Not Bow Down: CM
Meanwhile, reacting angrily to this raid, Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann took to Twitter to target the BJP. The CM wrote on ‘X’ (formerly Twitter): “Today, once again, the BJP’s ED has arrived at Sanjeev Arora’s home. This is the third time in a year—and the second time in a month—that the BJP’s ED has raided his residence. Yet, they have found nothing. I wish to tell Modi Ji that Punjab is the land of the Gurus; even Aurangzeb could not make it bow down. This is the land of Bhagat Singh, who never bowed his head before the British; therefore, Punjab will never bow down before Modi’s machinations. Punjab will put an end to this unethical alliance between the ED and the BJP.
