Hearing in Calcutta High Court on 4th September
The rape-murder case was heard in Calcutta High Court on Wednesday. The petitioner’s lawyer said that the state government has formed an SIT to investigate former principal Sandeep Ghosh. This is a pretense to save him. However, the court said, we will now hear this case on 4th September.

On the other hand, the Bengal government said that it would present the report related to the case in the court. On this, High Court Chief Justice TS Sivagnanam said, the matter is now in the Supreme Court. Keep the report with you and show it to the Supreme Court.

The last hearing in the High Court was held on 16th August. Then Chief Justice TS Sivagnanam reprimanded the state government and the police and said that a crowd of 7 thousand had come to vandalize the hospital. What was the police doing? If the police is not able to save itself, then how will the doctors work fearlessly.
