Nashik (Maharashtra): Seven individuals lost their lives, and two others sustained severe injuries following a collision between a car and a motorcycle in Nashik district, Maharashtra, according to police reports on Thursday.
The accident occurred late on Wednesday night near Dindori town. The police received an alert at 11:57 pm about the incident, which happened near a nursery on the Vani-Dindori road, an official stated.
Upon arriving at the scene, authorities found both vehicles had toppled into a small canal adjacent to the road. The police confirmed that seven people had died in the accident, while two others were critically injured.
Emergency services and police promptly reached the site and carried out rescue operations.
