BJP’s Ramesh Bidhuri stokes another controversy, compares CM Atishi with ‘Deer’

He said that Atishi is roaming on the roads of Delhi like a deer running in forest.

New Delhi: BJP candidate from Delhi’s Kalkaji seat Ramesh Bidhuri has once again made an objectionable statement about CM Atishi. Comparing CM Atishi with deer, He said that Atishi is roaming on the roads of Delhi like a deer running in forest.

Targeting Kejriwal,  Bidhuri said that Kejriwal lives in a Sheeshmahal and drives a car worth 2 crores. He did not send Sheila Dixit to jail, but sat in Sonia Gandhi’s lap. He also added that Kejriwal swallowed 8 crores of Delhi Jal Board

Earlier on January 5, Bidhuri had said in BJP’s Parivartan rally in Rohini that Atishi had changed her father. She has become ‘Singh’ from Marlena.

On the same day, the BJP leader had said about Priyanka Gandhi that just like the roads of Okhla and Sangam Vihar have been made, in the same way I will make all the roads in Kalkaji like Priyanka Gandhi’s cheeks. However, later Bidhuri apologized for the statement.

Atishi’s reaction to Bidhuri’s statement

After Bidhuri’s statement, Atishi cried in a press conference on January 6. She had said, ‘BJP leader Ramesh Bidhuri is abusing my 80-year-old father. Will you do such dirty politics for elections? I never thought that the politics of this country can stoop so low.’

Atishi said, ‘I want to tell Ramesh Bidhuri, my father has been a teacher all his life. He has taught thousands of poor children. Now he is 80 years old and he is in such a serious condition that he cannot even walk without support. Ramesh Bidhuri has now reached such a state that he is asking for votes by abusing an elderly person.’
