Breaking: Rajya Sabha Chairman revokes suspension of Raghav Chadha

New Delhi: The Rajya Sabha on Monday revoked the suspension of Aam Aadmi Party MP Raghav Chadha. On the motion moved by BJP MP GVL Narasimha Rao, AAP MP Raghav Chadha’s suspension was revoked by Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar. Aam Aadmi Party MP Raghav Chadha was suspended from the Rajya Sabha over the alleged.

New Delhi: The Rajya Sabha on Monday revoked the suspension of Aam Aadmi Party MP Raghav Chadha. On the motion moved by BJP MP GVL Narasimha Rao, AAP MP Raghav Chadha’s suspension was revoked by Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar.

Aam Aadmi Party MP Raghav Chadha was suspended from the Rajya Sabha over the alleged breach of privilege. During the Monsoon session of the parliament this year, Raghav Chadha was accused of including the names of five MPs in a select committee without their consent. Following the complaints from five MPs the case was referred to the privileges committee and Raghav Chadha was suspended from the house till the committee submitted its report.

Today, on the first day of the Winter session, BJP MP GVL Narasimha Rao moved a motion after which Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankar revoked the suspension of the MP.
