As per reports, an earthquake of magnitude 5.8 jolted Pakistan on Wednesday afternoon. Tremors were felt in Islamabad and Lahore. Mild.

New Delhi: A recent update of now is that Earthquake tremors have been felt in Delhi-NCR. The epicenter of the Earthquake was in Pakistan and tremors were felt in Delhi NCR and other states.

As per reports, an earthquake of magnitude 5.8 jolted Pakistan on Wednesday afternoon. Tremors were felt in Islamabad and Lahore.

Mild tremors were felt in Delhi and the national capital region (NCR) after an earthquake of magnitude 5.8 struck Pakistan on Thursday. Tremors were also felt in Islamabad and Lahore. On this, National Center for Seismology said, ” An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.8 on the Richter Scale hit Pakistan at 12:58 pm (IST) today”

The epicenter of the earthquake was 25 km southwest of Karor in Pakistan. The depth of the quake was 10 km.

Earlier on August 29, an earthquake of magnitude of 5.7 jolted Afghanistan at a depth of 255 kilometres below the Earth’s surface. Mild tremors were felt at that time in some states here in India.
