In a second incident, a BSF patrol team detained five individuals, also including two Bangladeshi nationals, while they were illegally crossing the India-Bangladesh border. This took place around 5:30 PM near BOP Dyke VIII, where the patrol observed unusual movements and subsequently apprehended the group. Among those arrested were two Bangladeshi nationals identified as Mongkrajai Marma and Brisha Moni Chakma, both from Khagrachari, along with three individuals from Tripura’s Dhalai district: Punna Lal Chakma, Twoingnu Mog, and Skiro Chakma.
