New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is in Dubai to attend the COP 28 Summit. The COP28 is the 28th annual United Nations (UN) climate meeting where governments discuss how to limit and prepare for future climate change. PM Modi reached on Thursday night. Today, on the sidelines of the summit he met different leaders from across the world. PM Modi also shared pictures from his meeting at his X handle.
While praising UAE Vice President, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, he said “t was a privilege to meet His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. His visionary leadership on a wide range of issues is truly commendable @HHShkMohd.”

Referring to the meeting with the Netherlands Prime Minister Mark Rutte, he said, “It’s always refreshing to exchange ideas with my friend Mark Rutte of Netherlands @MinPres.”

Prime Minister Modi also met Sri Lanka President Ranil Wickremesinghe. In a post he said, “In the midst of COP-28 proceedings, caught up with President Ranil Wickremesinghe of Sri Lanka. It’s always wonderful to connect and discuss various issues @RW_UNP”.
