New Delhi: A 17-year-old youth was stabbed to death in Delhi’s Seelampur area on Thursday evening at around 8 pm. This has created tension in the area. Family members and locals are protesting by blocking the road. They allege that Muslim boys have committed the murder due to an old rivalry.

On the other hand, families living in Seelampur have put up posters of Hindu migration outside their houses. They have appealed to PM Modi and CM Yogi for help. It is written on these posters, ‘Hindus are migrating, Yogi ji, please help. This house is for sale, Hindus are in danger.’

The victim died during treatment in the hospital. He was a resident of J Block, New Seelampur. A murder case has been registered at Seelampur police station. Several teams are searching for the attacker. Police said the reason for the incident is not clear at the moment. CCTV footage from nearby areas is being scanned. Eyewitnesses are also being questioned.

Allegations by the parents of the deceased

  • Mother said- We were planning to sell the house and move from here. We never thought that my son would be killed. Someone else’s grudge was taken out on my son. He had nothing to do with this.
