Excise Policy Case: AAP MP Sanjay Singh moves Delhi HC

New Delhi: AAP MP Sanjay Singh has moved the Delhi High Court challenging the arrest made by Enforcement Directorate (ED) in alleged excise policy case. Sanjay Singh was arrested by the ED on October 4 for having connection in alleged money laundering case.  Earlier this week, Delhi’s rouse avenue court extended the custody of Sanjay Singh till 13^th October. The High court will hear the matter today.  Bench of Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma and Justice Sanjeev Narula will take up the matter in Delhi High Court today.
