New Delhi: Famous singer Anuradha Paudwal today joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) here in New Delhi. She reached the BJP office at around 1 pm today and joined the BJP.
During this induction ceremony, Party General Secretary Arun Singh along with others was also present. She joined BJP at time when in a few hours Election Commission would announce the dates for general Elections.
It is expected that BJP can field Anuradha Paudwal in the Lok Sabha Elections.
On joining BJP, Anuradha Paudwal said that she considers herself lucky that she is joining a party that has deep connection with Sanatan Dharma. She said, “It is my good fortune that I am joining BJP today”
Who is Anuradha Paudwal?
Anuradha Paudwal is about 70 years old. She was married in 1969 to Arun Paudwal, who was SD Burman’s assistant and a music composer. Anuradha Paudwal has two children, a son Aditya Paudwal and a daughter Kavita Paudwal. In the year 1991, her husband died in an accident.
